Administrative operations are facilitated by key offices, including the Admin Office, IQAC, Examination Office, and Alumnae Association Room. Additional essential infrastructure includes Staff Rooms, Common Areas, Hostel, and the Manna Cafeteria, which cater to the day-to-day needs of both students and faculty. As a part of its sustainability mission, the campus is managed as a plastic-free and paper-free zone, reflecting the college’s dedication to environmental stewardship.
Environmental education is embedded into the college's ethos, encouraging students to participate in green initiatives like tree planting. Students actively engage in nurturing the campus greenery, meticulously labelling and documenting nearly 180 trees to enhance their learning experience while promoting ecological consciousness.
Laboratory and Classrooms:

Comprehensive stock registers are meticulously maintained to track the status and usage of infrastructure. Maintenance of Equipment & Computing Facilities:
To ensure the reliability of technological resources, the college employs a mix of internal staff and outsourced professionals to oversee the maintenance of equipment and computing facilities. This team is responsible for routine software updates, hardware servicing, and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency. An annual stock verification is conducted using advanced barcode technology and library management software to maintain an accurate inventory. The library’s systems are supported by Annual Maintenance Contracts, guaranteeing uninterrupted access to its Integrated Library Management System (ILMS).
Proactive measures, such as semi-annual pest control services, are taken to protect the library's resources from damage, reinforcing the commitment to preserving the library’s environment. Additionally, a dedicated power backup system maintained by the technical support team ensures that library operations continue smoothly without any technical hitches.
Annual Maintenance Contracts:
The college has established comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts with specialized service providers to ensure the longevity and reliability of its technological and infrastructural assets. These contracts cover the maintenance of essential equipment such as computers, printers, UPS systems, inverters, generators, CCTV cameras, biometric devices, RO plants, and solar panels, ensuring regular servicing and consistent operational efficiency.
Utilisation
